Please fill out the client intake form before your appointment, ideally as soon as you book!
In person appointments:
- Make sure you have stopped any exfoliators/acids, retinol/vitamin A products, perscribed topicals or any “active” products 24 hours before
- Currently on Accutane? You must be off Accuatne for six (6) months to receive a treatment
- Have an active cold sore? Unfortunately you cannot receive a treatment. Please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive with one, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged as a late-cancel.
Cancellation policy is 48 hours in advanced. If your appointment is cancelled within the 48 hour window before your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
